Refund Policy

To place a refund request for an order made at Own-Solutions, you need to contact Own-Solutions via email at support@own-solutions.com or by phone at +1 (332) 910 8881.

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

Refund requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order at Own-Solutions. You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already delivered to you via email or downloaded by you via a direct link provided by us, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.

If the refund request is granted by Own-Solutions, payments are refunded during 5 (five) business days from the time the refund has been approved by Own-Solutions. All refund requests are approved and confirmed by email. The refund period may change without further notice should the relevant bank’s hours, standards, or policies change.
